What I collect

I only collect what you choose to give me. That usually means:

• Your name and email, when you book an intro call, request the free guide, or join the cohort waitlist.
• Anything you write in those forms — for example, what made you reach out or the habit you most want to change.
• Basic details needed to schedule a call or process a purchase.

I don’t collect sensitive personal data, and I never ask for it.

How I use it

• To reply to you and schedule your intro call.
• To send you the free guide and, if you opted in, occasional notes and updates.
• To run the coaching programs you sign up for.

I will never sell, rent, or trade your information. Full stop.

The tools I use

Cowboy Up Wellness is a small operation, so I rely on a few trusted services to run things. When you submit a form, book a call, or make a purchase, your information is handled by these providers under their own privacy and security policies:

• Form & email handling — to receive and store form submissions.
• Google Calendar — to schedule intro calls.
• Stripe — to securely process payments.
• Substack — to send the newsletter, if you subscribe.
• Netlify — to host this website.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly on Stripe’s secure, PCI-compliant checkout — they never touch this website, and I never see or store your card information.

Email & unsubscribing

If you join the list, you’ll get the occasional note from me — never spam. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing me directly.

Cookies & analytics

This site doesn’t use tracking cookies to follow you around the internet. Some embedded tools and fonts may make standard requests to load properly. If I ever add analytics, I’ll update this page.

How your information is protected

This site is served over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the services above store your data on their own protected systems. No method of transmission is ever 100% guaranteed, but I take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and only share it with the providers needed to deliver what you asked for.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you at any time — just email riss@cowboyupwellness.com and I’ll take care of it.

Children

Cowboy Up Wellness is intended for adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
